Get Information in Other Languages and Formats

You can get the Member Handbook and our list of providers and drug stores printed in other languages. We can also print it in different ways or record it so that you can listen to it. We have handbooks and provider lists in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Cambodian and Vietnamese. You can ask for another language too. Call Member Services. We will help you get what you need.

Hearing and Sight Problems

Some members with hearing problems use a TTY/TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) service to make phone calls. You can talk to Member Services by calling TTY 711; TDD 1-800-877-8973

You can get this handbook and other CoventryCares information in large print, Braille, on cassette tape, or computer diskette for free. Call Member Services at 1-866-903-0748 to ask for these other formats.
